When Dr P diagnosed the disc problem in my neck, he said I would need surgery. He said there was an outside chance that if one person could avoid that, it would be a physiotherapist by the name of Georgina Els. This was probably the most important visit I ever made to a physician. I would highly recommend your work to the best athletes in the world. Thank you for all your help over the years.Langley Perrins Professional Golfer
Georgie is a very experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist. She helped my son to rehabilitate and return to sport well before the date anticipated by his surgeon and adapted his program to support his recovery and improve agility and endurance. She formed such a wonderful bond with him and not only supported him medically but also emotionally by giving him the courage to work hard on his recovery program and the confidence to return to an active life and sport which he loves. She is such a wonderful and caring person and she is so thorough in her care. We cannot thank Georgie enough for all she has done for our son and for us as a family.Claire
The first thing that struck me about Georgie was her warm and caring spirit. Her experience, professionalism, the depth of her knowledge and expertise inspired confidence in me as her patient. She listened to me. She understood my concerns and occasional bouts of anxiety and depression about my shoulder injury. I was particularly moved by her sending me messages in between appointments, checking up on how I was doing and whether I was in any major discomfort, she really did go the extra mile for me. Thanks to Georgie's healing hands, I'm a firm believer in the benefits of finding a great physiotherapist.Grace Paediatrician
After having my Achilles tendon reattached, the fusion of three vertebrae as well as my left wrist reconstructed I very fortunately found Georgina Els Physiotherapy. I had been told that I would never be able to do CrossFit again and Georgina got me back. She also taught me to manage my aches and pains, explaining to me the cause and the exercises that would assist in my recovery. Since discovering Georgina I have become a lot more functional.John Teacher/CrossFitter
I could not have got back to a completely normal quality of life after two knee replacements without Georgina Els and her focus, care and consistency.Brian
Georgie is more than a physiotherapist to me. She gave me confidence to use my crutches after I ruptured my Achilles tendon. She has empathy and a sense of humour, and is a true expert. Georgina taught me to trust that I could walk again and she had faith in me and never gave up on my progress. There were many times that she encouraged me so that I could pull myself out of my dark mental despair. Soon she was the resident physiotherapist to my husband who is an avid golf and soccer player, my son who is in the South African athletics team, my son who plays basketball competitively, and my mom who in her 70s needed her help.Ethel
